Hawaii Foster Youth Coalition : Calendar Of Events Better Start Done • Better Start is a college preparation workshop for high school junior and seniors. • Learn to fill out college applications • Learn how to fill out scholarship applications • Learn how to find scholarships • Assist them in writing personal statements for scholarships and college applications • ETV applications I.L.P. Conference Done • Annual conference for high school juniors and seniors to prepare foster youth for a successful transition into adulthood. State Board Meeting 2008:
